M&G has unveiled the M&G Global Real Estate Securities fund with a view to taking advantage of rapidly-growing markets in listed real estate securities worldwide.
The high-conviction equity vehicle is a total return fund combining bottom-up stock picking with top-down regional and sector asset views. The fund, managed by Ben Sanderson from M&G's equities team, will aim to hold a concentrated portfolio of 40 to 50 stocks, diversified across various sectors and countries.
