IFAs using the Friends Provident and Standard Life wrap platforms will be able to access real time valuations on their existing investment and pensions business with the two life companies.

Following a recently signed legacy sharing alliance, the wrap providers said the move meant intermediaries would be able to cut out the inconvenience and expense of having to re-register assets onto the platforms, as they had access to accurate information on demand.
