Scottish Widows Bank has announced several changes to its range of mortgages, including a new 2-year fixed-rate no fee product.
In addition to the 2-year no fee product, Scottish Widows Bank has also added a 2-year fixed rate offset product. Buy-to-let investors will benefit from reduced rental cover, from 120% to 100%, and maximum loan size has increased from £300,000 to £400,000. However, some of the biggest changes come to the graduate mortgage products. In some circumstances, university graduates up to 40 years of age will be able to borrow up to five times their salary if they are earning £25,000 or more.
