A factsheet to assist mortgage intermediaries in advising clients who are thinking of buying property abroad has been developed by the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (Ami).

Ami says intermediaries dealing with such clients need to be aware of the different mortgage and property regulations which exist in other countries. The factsheet – Advising clients thinking of buying abroad – outlines some of the issues mortgage intermediaries should be aware of, such as the mortgage options available.
