Aegon name added to UK brands

Aegon's corporate and individual business brands will carry the Aegon name in addition to their existing names from today.

Scottish Equitable will be renamed Aegon Scottish Equitable and a similar approach will be taken for all the business units which make up Aegon’s corporate and individual businesses. By giving greater prominence to the Aegon brand, the group aims to communicate its financial strength and global credentials more effectively to customers and achieve further growth in the UK market. The new brand strategy will take effect from today, while product literature and marketing materials will change gradually over a 16 month period.
