PFS looks to specialist training

Corporate financial advisers and financial planners will be targeted by new specialist faculties from the Personal Finance Society.

These will mirror an existing faculty approach within the CII - which through its merger with the LIA has formed the PFS. Details of the faculty offerings are yet to be released, although it is envisaged they will over specialist programmes for PFS members acting in slightly different capacities from retail advisers. SOFA and LIA members will automatically become members of the PFS on 1 January, subject to completing membership transfer forms. IFAonline
