Misys sells Assureweb to providers

In a stockmarket announcement, Misys says the product provider group which already held a 40% stake in Assureweb - Aegon, Clerical Medical, Friends Provident, Norwich Union and Scottish Widows - will now take full operational responsibility for Assureweb, which has gross assets of around £12m.
