Upgrade to allow IFAs to design own Intelligent Office

Back-office solutions provider IntelliFlo is set to upgrade the capabilities of Intelligent Office (IO) to enable advisers to re-design the product to suit their business models.

The developments, which will be phased in over the next 12 months, will enable the 5,600 users of the online tool to remove and add functions to fit their clientele. IntelliFlo, which is calling the £1.5m upgrade ‘Build Your Own Intelligent Office’, says the development will “allow a level of customer service never seen before” and help advisers demonstrate TCF. The firm says it will first update the financial planning element of IO and introduce it in September.
