An artificial intelligence (AI) plug in for wealth management firms in the US points to a collaborative approach with financial advisers in the immediate future and could signal the start of a “golden age of digital advice”, according to Ian Mckenna.
He said while consumer research has showed that the public wants advice with human support, the latest launch from Anthropic – the AI provider behind Claude Cowork, Claude Code and Opus 4.6 model – pointed to the tech firm working in partnership with human advisers in the immediate future.
