FSA welcomes mounting RDR responses

The FSA says it has so far received more than 450 responses to the Retail Distribution Review (RDR) discussion paper.

The deadline for RDR responses closed on 31 December last year, and FSA spokesperson Sam Bennett says the regulator is delighted with the amount of feedback it has received. The FSA last year changed the RDR timetable, announcing it will publish the responses it has received in April 2008 - two months ahead of schedule. It will then confirm its final plans for the industry six months later in October.
