Personal financial planner qualification launched

Standards International has launched a training and certification programme for the personal financial planners qualification proposed in the Retail Distribution Review (RDR).

The Two Standard pilot scheme trains advisers to the level outlined by the BSI's (British Standards Insutitute) ISO 22222 standard and is designed for advisers who have achieved a level five advanced diploma from the QCA. The scheme involves no units or exams. Advisers entering the scheme take a gap analysis to identify the state of their business and how to improve their company to satisfy the programme.
