Origen launches in-house IFA academy

Origen has launched an in-house training school designed to guide its advisers through every stage of their development.

The IFA firm says it is encouraging its staff to develop their careers through various streams to become either registered individuals, corporate consultants or paraplanners. It also aims to attract new talent into the business. Five Origen Academy trainees have already started the scheme, which consists of a 12-month programme that trains new IFAs in all areas of their profession, including: observing, coaching, role playing and being given a panel of clients to work with under supervision.
