Paragon creates intermediary register for sipp sales

Paragon Mortgages and Mortgage Trust are inviting IFAs and mortgage brokers to join a panel of registered intermediaries to sell their self invested personal pensions (Sipp) mortgages

Intermediaries are being invited to register to join the panels that can access and advise on Paragon’s Sipp products. And both companies say they will only offer their Sipp products through those intermediaries that have registered with them. The lenders are currently inviting intermediaries to register their interest to be among the select panel that will introduce the new range. A recent survey of intermediaries carried out by Mortgage Trust found that 65% of mortgage intermediaries expect that the introduction of residential property investment Sipps will boost the buy-to-let market....
