Amanda Bowe, head of the Retail Distribution Review (RDR), will step down from the role in October, the FSA has confirmed.
Bowe has been in charge of the RDR since its inception, but the FSA says the project will move to the FSA’s policy team following a feedback statement due to be delivered in October. She will take up the role of head of strategy, partnership and evaluation in the financial capability department. In her new job, Bowe will work on projects such as the proposed Money Guidance service, as well as the Thoresen Review.
