Client TCF database launched for IFAs

A database containing the views of thousands of consumers on what they expect from their financial adviser is set to be made available to UK IFAs.

The US firm behind the Client Audit programme, Advisor Impact, says the client feedback database can improve client loyalty, increase revenue and help a firm meet the FSA’s guidelines for treating customers fairly (TCF). Initially launched in the Canadian market, Advisor Impact says the programme – with the views of over 50,000 consumers - is now the leading client feedback scheme in the United States.
