Bright Grey appointments to consider firm's strategy

Major changes could be on the way at protection provider Bright Grey, following the announcement this week of a new appointment to oversee operations inside the firm.

Paddy Lynch, former head of sales and service at Intelligent Finance, has taken on a new role as operations director of customer care, underwriting and IT development, following a tough opening in March 2003. His role will be to work alongside Bright Grey’s deputy chief executive, Tracey Ashworth-Davies, who is also taking on an additional duty as director of strategy & development and assess where improvements or reforms could be made to the business after launching just a year ago.
