Assetz unveils broker partnership programme

Assetz has launched the Assetz Partner Programme, allowing mortgage and financial advisors to link up with the property group in order to expand their services to include UK and overseas property investment and finance.

The firm said it had noticed a marked increase in the number of advisers who want to become involved in property investment advice, in an effort to diversify and take advantage of the low-priced property market. Assetz said the programme is the first of its kind to allow advisers to deliver all aspects of property investment and finance to clients and their SIPPS, via one company, which enables IFAs to save huge amounts of time on sourcing, due diligence and research.
