Norwich Union is moving its Lifetime wrap operation in-house as part of today's earlier announcement to cut 4,000 jobs.

The Cambridge-based Lifetime Group operation is one of the offices which will to close as part of NU’s staffing shake-up, officials have confirmed, and means the wrap operation is being moved inside Norwich Union. A statement issued by the life company last month (see IFAonline story: NU to rebrand Lifetime wrap) announced a change to the wrap operation’s executive, now headed by Clive Witten as managing director of Lifetime Group, and which, says a spokesperson for NU, was established in preparation for today’s announced staffing changes.
