A big change in the way Asian companies think and behave means that investing in the Far East ex-Japan region is more attractive than it has been for 10 years. That is the view of Devan Kaloo of Aberdeen's Far East Emerging Economies Fund. 'As a result of the emerging markets crisis in 1997 Asian companies' behaviour has undergone a big overhaul.
