Aegon Asset Management is to alter the structure of its operation to separate investment decision making from dealing decisions. The changes, which come into effect in April, are designed to improve operational performance and introduce greater transparency of process, in line with the sentiments behind the Myners report. Under the structure there will be a new division responsible for dealing, performance measurement, accounting and reporting.
