Canada Life Group Insurance has launched Claims Management Services+ (CMS+) a service that helps employers deal with long-term sickness absence and claims. The service offers a dedicated CMS+ team, rehabilitation support, claims and policy management annual statistics reporting of claims experience for the past year, return-to-work and rehabilitation statistics, absence statistics for related industry sectors allowing employers to benchmark themselves, and a plan of action for the following year.
