Royal Liver has announced a relaunch of its income protection offering early in 2009. Aidan Dewhurst, IFA marketing manager at the provider, said next year would be "challenging" overall but the company had a raft of new initiatives that would put it in a strong position. Dewhurst said that the insurer had no details of the IP offering that could yet be released but said they would be finalised and publicised soon.
