Pareto Financial Planning (Pareto) is an ambitious, client-centric Manchester-based advisory business that specialises in working alongside accountancy firms and it has growth firmly on its to-do list. The IFA, which started out in the midst of the 2008 Great Financial Crisis with no assets under management (AUM), has expanded significantly in the intervening 17 years. Today it boasts 26 advisers, nearly 80 staff and £1.2bn in AUM and was named one of the Best Financial Advisers to Work For at the Professional Adviser Awards 2025.
