What was your career history before you took part in the incubator programme? Nelson explained that he initially started off in the banking profession before he got into financial advice. He started off his career at Lloyds. "I started off work in banking, then moved to the Channel Islands—Jersey—where I was for three years and did some financial planning exams," he told PA. "After that, I spent almost eight years in the Isle of Man, getting into financial advice and working through Lloyd's at the time."
