Bathgate is joint chief executive officer and chief investment officer at TCAM, where he is responsible for the management and development of the firm's proprietary investment strategy and the positioning of its offering. Bathgate and Alex Montgomery, who have worked together for more than 17 years, jointly led the management buyout of TCAM in 2015. Bathgate also sits on the Investment Policy Committee for the CFA Society of the UK, and was previously Chairman of the Scottish CFA society.
