As the debate about the role of Parliament in triggering Brexit negotiations is heating up in court, PA asked advisers how they think the issue should be handled...

Politics may not be every adviser's area of expertise but they too have an opinion on Brexit, not least because it is likely to affect their business in some way. Following Prime Minister Theresa May's announcement earlier this month that she plans to trigger Article 50 - the launch of official Brexit negotiations - next March, questions have been raised about her ability to do so without asking Parliament first.
