Helen Richardson is in her own words, "quite relaxed" about what the coming year brings. She has already had a boost after being included in Professional Adviser's '50 Most Influential' list of people in the financial service industry, bagging 19th position. "It's not going to be a record year for us, but we are comfortable the way we are positioned," says Richardson, who is a director at national IFA Pantheon Financial Management.
