Simplified Life Insurance is a straightforward life insurance product from Norwich Union, which offers a choice of level or decreasing life cover with no options:

  • It is an online system offering instant acceptance - over 75% of lives pass through without requiring manual underwriting.
  • It is simple to use, and much shorter than a traditional application. It is fast, providing quote to cover in as little as 15 minutes.
  • Access is through the Adviser Sales Centre or major portals: AssureWeb, The Exchange and Webline.

Making it even better
Since launching Simplified Life in April this year, we have listened to feedback regarding Simplified Life and have added some new features to help make it even more useful to your business and provide maximum confidence in completing a fully compliant sale:

Print Quote Button - Appears whenever the premium is presented back to a client and enables generation of a dynamic PDF illustration, specific to a client.

Print Application Summary Button - The facility to save and print a copy of the answers given by a client during the application process.

Data Capture Form – Can be downloaded from our Adviser Sales Centre and can be used for capturing client information when it’s not possible for you to complete the application form online. All applications are processed online, so you will need to complete the process online at a later time.

Adviser feedback
What advisers have said:

“I use Simplified Life because it is very user friendly and easy to use. It is beneficial to me because it is less time consuming in filling medical questions, and takes up less of a client’s precious time.

The service is first class, and the processing time is greatly reduced, which allow the policies to go on risk more quickly. I feel Norwich Union have made a great effort in helping intermediaries to reduce paper work and their support services are excellent, which is what we need.”
