Novia 'not complacent' after multi-million pound upgrades

Novia has given its platform a makeover and made a number of changes to the adviser experience through a multi-million-pound upgrade project.

Novia uses GBST technology to power the platform but the platform said its upgrades, which cost £2m, were done in-house in an effort to differentiate itself from the rest of the market.  Novia CEO Bill Vasilieff (pictured) said the upgrades have made using the platform "much more intuitive", user-friendly and faster. He also said the updates would make it easier for Novia to make changes in the future and add new products and functionality independently of third-parties.  The platform not only uses GBST but also 'plugs in' technology from 20 other companies to try and make the most of...
