AJ Bell confirms intention to float in December

‘To support growth strategy’

Platform provider AJ Bell has confirmed its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange's main market, with admission currently expected to happen at some point next month.

In an announcement this morning (19 November), the company said the indicative price range in respect of the floatation, together with the maximum number of shares to be sold, would be determined "in due course" and contained in its prospectus, which should be published "in the coming weeks". AJ Bell also confirmed its earlier intention that, as part of the floatation, qualifying AJ Bell customers in the UK will be able apply for shares via the AJ Bell online investment platform.
