Santander AM promotes Vaughan to head of multi-strategy solutions

Replaces Tom Caddick who is now CIO

Santander Asset Management has promoted fund management head Toby Vaughan to head of multi-strategy solutions.

Vaughan joined Santander AM as a senior fund manager in 2011 and after three years was promoted to head of fund management, global multi-asset solutions. He spent five years in this role between November 2013 and January this year. Prior to Santander AM, Vaughan started his career at F&C Asset Management in 2001 where he spent nine years before joining LV Asset Management as a principal fund manager.
