IFA poaches director from Fidelity

An IFA based in Plymouth has hired a head of advisory services from industry giant Fidelity.

Shore Financial has recruited Jon Treharne, who joins after over a decade in the city with Fidelity International where he was sales director of FundsNetwork for the south of the UK. He will oversee the running of the business allowing his wife CEO Alison Treharne to continue to focus on client facing work, Shore said. Shore has also appointed Vicky Burdon from Succession to head up the administration team in Plymouth. The advice firm has also moved into larger premises from their previous base at Cargo in Millbay.
