Editor's view: Women in Financial Advice Awards

It was an absolute joy to welcome more than 450 nominees, winners and supporters to what proved to be a glittering evening. Women still account for less than a fifth of UK financial advisers. However, seeing so many fantastic achievers together in one room really hammers home the contribution that they do make – and why it is so important that we continue to champion their efforts as the profession (slowly as it might feel sometimes) catches up.
