Advisers who allow clients to "wait and see" may find themselves scrambling to implement strategies in a compressed window, or worse, missing out entirely on valuable planning opportunities, writes Andrew Aldridge

I recently spoke with an adviser who told me: "I have several clients who need to undertake tax planning and portfolio restructuring, but they're holding off until after the Budget; just in case." I have heard this sentiment more than once in recent weeks, and while understandable, it is also potentially costly.
