I'm a financial adviser. When I think about it from my clients' perspective, what is it that I do? First and foremost, I'm their single port of call. I assess their circumstances, comprising information of great variety and complexity (and not just financial, either), and make sense of it all. I then present them with a plan which shows them what they need to know, as quickly, simply, and intelligently as is appropriate to them.
