This week we shared the inaugural Best Financial Advisers to Work For online supplement, charting the 20 top firms with 15 or more employees and looking at what makes them stand out for their staff.

We've championed the best financial advice employers at the Professional Adviser Awards for several years now, but this is the first time that we've shared some of the data that sheds light on what underpins their successes. We hear a lot about the talent challenge, be that around recruiting younger staff (you may remember recent FCA figures showed there were just 196 advisers under the age of 25 as of Q3 this year) or attracting career changers.
