Vietnam is home to more than 75 million scooters. They account for around 90% of the country's traffic and approximately 70% of all road accidents. With streets in the biggest cities often resembling a bewildering free-for-fall, tourists saddle up at their peril  It may be tempting to think investing in Vietnam is every bit as hazardous.
