Business development managers (BDM) are an essential lynchpin connecting advisers with providers and this study focuses exclusively on the role BDMs play in the market. Quite rightly, there is a lot of research into the attitudes of advisers but this study from Gareth Davies at search consultancy Davies Marsh - flips that convention and looks at life through a BDM lens.
