There are more reasons to justify your chosen platforms than you might think. It's the justifying bit that's important - it's about showing how you got there. While we see some great approaches to platform selection, we also think there's far too much ‘tick box' due diligence too. This is getting harder and harder to get away with. This is partly due to existing regulation around suitability, but also because of Consumer Duty and all that those rules involve.
