Finance and financial services in particular has always been (and continues to be) a person led, technology supplemented industry.  First and foremost, I don't see that changing in the coming year, however, the primary technology trends that I do forecast for the year ahead of us will see a shift in the tools we use and how we use them to offer advice. Integration Hybrid working is here to stay and while many firms embraced the change, others were forced to evolve. This evolution means that we rely on more technology than ever, and firms have collected their own ‘stack' of tools...
