A recent survey published on World Menopause Day by Benenden Health revealed the shocking statistic that almost a quarter of women are leaving their jobs because of the menopause. However, this is, unfortunately, less surprising when you factor in findings from health and wellbeing platform, Peppy, that more than half of UK businesses (54%) have no defined menopause support in their organisation.
