We received another pension sharing order (PSO) this week with a request to implement a transfer, which was both welcome and disappointing. Welcome because it is still one of a surprisingly small number of such orders, and disappointing because it is another instance where we were only brought in at the end of the process when we can make relatively little difference to the outcome.
