Making the decision to sell your business can be hard enough. But even more challenging is having a number of bids on the table - how do you sort the wheat from the chaff? There is every reason to believe 2021 will be a good year to sell. We are seeing pent-up demand and evidence of renewed confidence, with relative stability in the markets and a group of well-funded consolidators hungry for acquisition.
