Advised clients have less confidence about their money than non-advised clients. That is one of the findings from research by Investment Quorum CEO Lee Robertson's new venture, Glicoas Consulting, based on him surveying his own clients. For Robertson, who had previously thought he was doing more than enough to keep his clients happy they are on a sure footing, that is a problem.
