DWP confirms fourth auto-enrolment certification option

Go fourth and multiply I'm not often surprised or shocked anymore when it comes to pensions regulations, but a bit like when we won gold for dancing horses, I recently found something that had me agog and aghast and ever-so-slightly excited.
