This was just one of the characters unearthed through hidden camera footage on last night's Panorama episode, 'Can you trust your bank', and the HSBC adviser was not alone in his dubious practices. We also met an RBS adviser who promised the customer they couldn't lose all their money and urged them to act fast to get the 'sale' rates.
