Righting the wrongs of teleunderwriting

It's nice to be back at my desk after a few weeks out and about. I've seen quite a few IFAs in the last few weeks about various different things, so if you had the displeasure of bumping into me thanks for your insight.

One of the things that made me laugh was the way in which some advisers got really irate about the subject of tele-underwriting. It’s topical at the moment as the ABI have just published some draft guidance – for consultation of course - on best practice in online and tele-underwriting.
