I will begin with an image that will haunt you: it is 12.30 on a Saturday evening and I find myself dancing to ‘Don't stop me now' by Queen with various colleagues and 250 secured loan brokers.
Now I have obviously been in this sort of situation before when I used to be a journalist, but no-one told me it was going to be like this when they said come and join a trade association.
