Turning keyfacts rubbish into client 'must-haves'

On my way to work this morning, I noted the recycled rubbish collection was running late but I spied something financial services related as a result.

I'm not in the habit or rummaging around in rubbish, so I should point out in my region of London recycling rubbish is placed in large clear bags. Among these bags as I wandered past I was able to spot what appeared to be a customer’s keyfacts document for a mortgage.
