Man the Lifeboats!

This is partly my fault, because we’ve been working with a company on the launch of a capital protected investment that delivers 100 per cent of the total return on UK commercial property (as measured by the IPD index) over a three and half year investment period. These conversations seem to involve a fair degree of doom and gloom, with lots of negative sentiment on the sector.
